Crestlearn: Enhancing Learning for Agile Professionals
Problem Statement
Agile professionals needed a learning platform that went beyond theory something practical, interactive, and tailored to real-world project challenges.
Existing LMS platforms were:
Generic and not designed for Agile workflows
Not engaging enough to retain learners
Lacking tools that support skill assessment, collaboration, and career advancement
This resulted in poor completion rates and limited career impact.
My Role
Lead UI/UX Designer on the Crestlearn platform & add-on ecosystem.
I led user research, concept design, wireframes, UI development, and continuous improvement based on feedback. I collaborated closely with stakeholders, developers, and mentors to ensure product-market fit and a seamless learning experience.
Process
Discovery & Research
Competitor analysis to find gaps (monotony, lack of real-world tools)
User interviews with Agile coaches, teams, and aspiring Scrum Masters
Mapped key needs: clarity, mentorship, practice, visibility, engagement
Design & Prototyping
Created user journeys for learners, mentors, and admins
Designed wireframes for core LMS and all add-on features
Built high-fidelity UI screens focused on clarity, flow, and engagement
Conducted usability tests → improved navigation, dashboard clarity, and onboarding
Development Collaboration
Worked with engineering teams to ensure feasibility
Documented interactions, UI states, and component behavior in detail
Iterated based on feedback from real learners and instructors
Key Solutions (Add-On Features I Designed)
1. Agile Workbook
Challenge: Teams lacked a unified space to track progress + communicate with clients.
Solution: An integrated project workbook for planning → execution → delivery.
Outcome: Better visibility, fewer delays, improved client communication.

2. Agile Scrum Master Skill Matrix
Challenge: Scrum Masters couldn’t easily map team skills or gaps.
Solution: A visual matrix linking skills → team members → tasks.
Outcome: Smarter task allocation + stronger team performance.

3. Crest MentorMe
Challenge: Learners needed real-world guidance, not just videos.
Solution: A mentorship feature connecting learners with certified Agile professionals.
Outcome: Higher learner confidence and improved program completion.

4. CrestPlay
Challenge: Traditional learning felt boring and repetitive.
Solution: Gamified challenges, points, levels, and achievements.
Outcome: More engagement + higher content retention.
