The Problem

Recruiting and managing remote talent especially across borders was fragmented, slow, and costly: scattered tools for hiring, onboarding, payroll, time tracking, learning and performance led to inefficiencies and team misalignment. Employers lost candidates due to friction and lacked a single solution to streamline the full talent lifecycle.
